Atlanta Accredited Buyers Agents – ABRs

Buying a home in Atlanta GA metro area  is no small matter in these trying times. Besides being the largest financial transaction you may ever undertake, it’s probably also the most complex. There are many good reasons to work with a qualified real estate professional—especially a trained and experienced buyers agent professional who has earned the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation, representing best-in-class buyer services, and home buyer representation.

When you look for an Atlanta ABR® before you look for a home, you’ll be served, not sold. Your interests as a home buyer become our interests and goals. And you’ll be glad to know you’ll be working with someone who has gone the extra mile by completing specialized training in delivering the best in buyer-representation services to many satisfied clients over the years. Plus, we are Atlanta REALTORs® who have earned the ABR® Designation and have a proven established track record, with proven experience in representing the concerns of Atlanta home buyers.

The ABR® Designation is awarded through the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council, or REBAC, which was founded in 1988 to promote superior buyer-representation skills and services. REBAC is an affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR).

  1. Great points, thanks for sharing! Buying a home is generally one of the largest financial decisions a person will ever make. Put an ABR to work and have the benefit of an experienced professional on your side. Your buyer’s agent is your advocate, your advisor, your negotiator, and your confidante throughout the buying process.

Amen! Most buyers find out too late that they made a major mistake buy purchasing through the listing agent directly! The result is they’ve overpaid, purchased the wrong home, or bought a home that has major issues. Thanks for commenting!
