What is ABR®?  Not every agent in Atlanta has real experience nor are they ever tested for it!  Many work real estate part time, and never really sell many homes! What is the ABR designation? The Accredited Buyer Representation is a professional designation earned through The Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council (REBAC).

What is REBAC?  REBAC was founded in 1988 and has become the nation's largest association of real estate professionals focusing specifically on the aspects and implications of buyer representation. This accredited real estate organization has grown to include more than 4,000 members throughout the United States.  Less than 2% of all agents nationwide possess this designation.
